Huaqian Expansion Agent

Calcium Sulphoaluminate-Class
Free of sodium salt，it will not cause alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete, stable in expansion and constant rising in strength.
Reduce shrink and cracks, improve the performance of anti-crack and seepage-proof.
Available for little temperature differences environment in underground projects, hydraulic structures, marine structures, tunnels, etc.
Uses:
Compensation and Shrinkage Concrete：Apply to underground projects, hydraulic structures, marine structures, dams, tunnels, mass concrete, reinforced ground, roof and bathroom waterproof, structural hardening, leakage repairing, pre-stressed reinforced concrete and backfill slot.
Filling Expansion Concrete: Filling of structural post-poured joints, tunnel heads, steel pipes and tunnels.
Filling Expansion Grout: Grouting of machinery equipment foundation, fixing of anchor bolt, reinforcing and strengthening of beams, columns joints and structural components
Self-stressed Concrete：Apply to self-stressed reinforced concrete pressure pipes used in normal temperature.
Instructions:
Cement strength grade�2.5, mix as 10�2% the weight of the cement
Recommended mechanical mixing, mixing time�min.
Mixing ratio of the expansion concrete is the same with the general cement concrete, but the minimum amount of mixing cement should greater than 300kg/m3�
Storage: ventilated dry conditions, avoid of sunlight, waterproof, damp proof
Shelf life: 12 months
